JZL21 is a warm, minimalist living space redesign completed for a client who had recently moved into a new townhouse. The goal was to create a layout that felt inviting yet restrained, complementing the existing furniture and maximizing comfort without visual clutter.

To anchor the room, we designed a custom-built Opti-Myst electric fireplace within the window nook, flanked by built-in storage for added functionality. Adjacent to this, a low-profile media wall was designed to match the exact width of the client’s television, integrating the full A/V system discreetly into the millwork.

The material palette features walnut and black laminate accents, chosen to echo the tones in the client’s existing furnishings and add warmth to the overall composition. The result is a quietly elegant living space that balances modern minimalism with everyday usability.
