TYPOLOGY: COMMERCIAL CASEWORK
LOCATION: VANCOUVER, BC

  • CMK21 is a custom office fit-out centered around the creation of a 20-foot-long communal kitchen, designed to support the client’s emphasis on shared space and daily functionality. The kitchen was built using black anti-fingerprint laminate, chosen for its durability, clean appearance, and resistance to wear—essential for the space’s intended high-traffic, heavy-use environment. Every material and detailing decision was guided by longevity and ease of maintenance.

    Beyond the kitchen, we designed and installed a custom reception desk to define the entry sequence with visual clarity and functional simplicity. Each private office was also outfitted with built-in storage cabinetry, providing consistency across the workplace while enhancing organization.

    CMK21 showcases Anthill Studio’s ability to combine performance-grade materials with clean, modern detailing, delivering a cohesive and purpose-built workspace tailored to the client's operational needs.
