CPM24 is a custom residential millwork project in Burnaby that blends architectural detailing with highly personalized function. The design centers around integrated features and clean material transitions, with natural oak and black FENIX finishes used throughout. In the games area, a floor-to-ceiling slatted cabinet wall conceals a hidden passage to the office and powder room, framed by inset Silestone panels on the ceiling and backsplash. Custom cabinetry was tailored to house the homeowner’s pool table equipment with precise fit and function. In the living room, a floating faux fireplace is mounted against a plaster feature wall, with subwoofers discreetly housed within floating millwork and wired to an in-wall surround system. The guest bedroom features a custom murphy bed with built-in sofa and a continuous oak-paneled backdrop. Opposite, a traditional closet was replaced with full-height storage in matching finishes to maintain cohesion. Every zone was designed to feel purposeful, concealed, and seamlessly integrated into the architecture of the home.
